  • 11.5 lb Pork Shoulder (boneless)
  • 5.75 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 11.5 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 11.5 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 5.75 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 5.75 tsp Onion Powder
  • 69 count Slider Buns (split and toasted)

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare the Pork

    Rub the pork shoulder with brown sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Place it in a slow cooker.

    Cook the Pork

    Pour the BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar over the pork. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, until the pork is tender and easily shreds.

    Shred the Pork

    Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Mix in more BBQ sauce if desired.
