Creamy Potato Soup

  • 4.6667 count Potatoes (peeled and cubed)
  • 1.1667 count Onion (chopped)
  • 4.6667 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1.1667 cup Heavy Cream
  • 7 slice Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1.1667 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the Potatoes

    In a large pot, combine potatoes, onions, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.

    Blend the Soup

    Use an immersion blender to blend part of the soup, leaving some chunks of potato.

    Add Cream

    Stir in the heavy cream and simmer for another 10 minutes.

    Garnish and Serve

    Ladle the soup into bowls and top with bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
